My mission is to support others in making informed decisions by taking proactive steps to recognize, shift and create new powerful patterns with food.

In order to have lasting lifelong health and wellness sustainability we must create consciousness to our internal dialogue.

Rather than just another diet or exercise program, I believe that learning mindful tools and strategies are at the core of encouraging women to achieve a new relationship with food and body.
